I Am

I am.
I'm alive,
I've trod the earth,
sailed seven seas,*
scaled hills and mountains,
ascended to vertiginous heights,
descended below ground zero,
felt pain, dejection, anguish, and despair,
been ebullient, exuberant and overpowered with joy.

Oh, I have flinched,
faltered, fallen,
seldom given up,
picked myself up,
secure, certain and safe,
assured of undying,
unlimited power, love
and glory emanating for
|:minuscule me from the supreme,
supernal, all-powerful, eternally great I Am.:|**
